Pacific County Council
of Governments – PCOG

Pacific County Economic Development Council (PCEDC) is proud to serve the Pacific County Council of Governments (PCOG). PCOG is a collaborative of Pacific County public entities and governments with the charge of prioritizing capital projects for funding through the Washington .09 sales tax fund in accordance with RCW (82.14.370). PCOG makes annual recommendations to the Pacific County Commissioners for capital project funding, and reviews projects for inclusion in the Pacific County Overall Economic Development Plan (OEDP).

The .09 funding process and schedule is annually published in local media. Only public entities are eligible to apply.

Eligible OEDP Project Proposal Applications may be submitted at any time during the year for PCOG review. OEDP Project approval places a project on the Pacific County project “Annex”, a list of endorsed capital project plans for future implementation. Inclusion in the Annex project list does not include funding
